Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex clinical and healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Apply advanced statistical and data science techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and clinical needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and analytical tools to ensure efficient data management.
• Provide expertise on data science methodologies and best practices across projects.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with clinical research teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct quality control checks and validation processes for datasets and analytical outputs.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives focused on improving data analysis processes and capabilities.
• Mentor and train junior data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors for data analysis and reporting support.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting as required to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong experience analyzing clinical or healthcare data.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, FDA guidelines).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• PhD in a relevant discipline.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data standards (e.g., CDISC).
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
