Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer – Automation with strong expertise in Java and Spring to support and enhance enterprise-level automation and quality engineering initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping testing strategies, maintaining automation frameworks, and ensuring high standards across the software development lifecycle.

The position requires a technically strong professional who can work independently, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact, quality-driven solutions that support business performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance automation testing frameworks within a Java and Spring-based application environment.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to ensure effective test coverage.
• Perform complex quality reviews, process evaluations, and audit activities across projects.
• Apply industry best practices and evolving quality standards to the current technology environment.
• Ensure SDLC standards, procedures, and documentation are clearly defined and consistently followed.
• Monitor applications and processes for compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Identify risks, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and report quality metrics, ensuring transparency and traceability across project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to improve and evolve quality standards.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor to junior engineers.
• Support governance, risk assessment, and compliance efforts while upholding ethical and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database and SQL.
• Solid experience with branching strategies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices.
• Experience with Selenium automation is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.
