Role Overview: Senior Associate, Working Capital

As a Senior Associate in PEPI CFO Services, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to improve working capital, optimize cash management, and support time-sensitive, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with team members to structure and manage projects through completion.
  • Develop findings and make strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare financial models, including 13-week cash flows (preferred).
  • Assist with treasury and cash management activities.
  • Support systems implementation initiatives.
  • Synthesize insights from financial data, opinions, and other information sources.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage project timelines, teams, and work-streams efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality results under time pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy, or related fields (e.g., Treasury, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Corporate Finance).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx).
  • Experience with time-sensitive projects and structured project management.
  • Critical thinking, initiative, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% on short notice.
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience is preferred.
