We’re now seeking a Senior AI/ML Developer (GenAI) to join our client’s AI engineering team in the insurance industry, driving the next generation of intelligent insurance platforms with Generative AI and LLM solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and optimize multi-cloud GenAI systems.
• Lead innovation in LLM orchestration, multimodal architectures, and scalable AI pipelines.
• Combine hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.
• Ensure AI solutions meet business, performance, and ethical AI standards.
• Shape AI strategy and best practices for global-scale insurance projects.
• Work with cutting-edge AI tools: Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, PyTorch, LangChain.

Must-Have Experience

• Cloud AI Expertise:
  • Azure: Designed solutions using Azure OpenAI, MLOps pipelines, Cognitive Search.
  • GCP: Scaled Vertex AI LLM evaluation, Gemini multimodal, TPU v5 Pods.
• High-Impact AI Projects:
  • Built RAG systems with hybrid search (vector + lexical) and dynamic data hydration.
  • Automated processes delivering significant cost reductions.
  • Led AI compliance initiatives in regulated industries like healthcare and finance.
