About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Screening & Integration Engineer to join our Watch Intelligent System Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of intelligent software and hardware systems on wearable devices. You’ll play a critical part in developing, screening, and fine-tuning the performance of smart watches to deliver world-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute screening and validation protocols for system performance across multiple use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, UX, QA) to ensure seamless system integration
• Monitor real-time system metrics and troubleshoot anomalies in data pipeline and user interface responsiveness
• Work closely with machine learning and sensor teams to validate algorithmic accuracy and integration efficiency
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and hardware-software compatibility issues
• Provide technical documentation and reports related to integration testing and optimization outcomes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration, preferably in wearables, IoT, or embedded systems
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems, embedded Linux, or RTOS
• Hands-on experience with sensors, Bluetooth stack, firmware development, and mobile platforms
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languages
• Proven ability to debug and resolve system-level issues across hardware and software layers
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-disciplinary teams
