About the Role:
As an SAP RE FX Consultant at USA WINZONS, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions related to real estate and financial transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP systems align with our client’s business processes and deliver high-quality results. This role will involve configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP RE FX modules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Real Estate (RE) and Flexible Financial Management (FX) modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on the best practices for managing real estate portfolios, financial transactions, and accounting within SAP.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to the RE FX module and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure that SAP solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support for SAP RE FX solutions.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for configuration, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay current with SAP updates and new functionalities to ensure the RE FX module remains optimized.
  • Work closely with clients to identify business process improvements and SAP enhancements.
  • Provide support during the entire project lifecycle, from planning to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with SAP Real Estate (RE) and Flexible Financial Management (FX) modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP RE FX configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes and financial accounting.
  • Experience with SAP implementation and project life cycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Real Estate Management) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP RE FX consulting or related roles.
