SAP Integration (PI/PO and ABAP)

Job Description

JOB Description:Resource will be part of the Integration team working on PI/PO and ABAP side of integrations for Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Finance.• Perform PI development to enhance/create interfaces to support business needs• Communicate and work with support users as necessary to resolve application errors• Develop interfaces using ABAP proxies, IDOCs• Enhance Enterprise services• Participate in code review sessions with other team members• Collaborate with the Functional and Business teams to understand requirement, issues and provide solutions • Document changes Skill set requiredAt least 7+ years’ experience in developing integrations using PI/PO and S/4, specifically in the following areas but not limited to:Experience developing interfaces using SAP PI/PO 7.4, 7.5Hands-on experience with common adapters (File, JDBC, JMS, REST, SOAP, SFTP, IDOC)Thorough knowledge of PI architectureSound knowledge in SLD activitiesObject Oriented ABAPIDOC developmentEnhancement (User-Exists, BADIs)Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV GRID, ALV trees)Well versed with FEHPerformance tuning, Code Review The consultant is expected to leverage ABAP and PI solutions tied to integrations using the above methods/technologies.
