Company Overview:
JoinNOW connects German businesses with AI-vetted tech professionals and manages hiring, compliance, and onboarding for enterprise clients in the DACH region. They are expanding their India-based SAP delivery capability for ongoing German enterprise-grade projects, with operations centered in Bangalore.

We are seeking senior SAP experts for full-time collaboration (on-site or hybrid) to support these German enterprise projects.

Roles We’re Looking For:

  • SAP HCM Expert (experience with German HR/payroll compliance is a plus)
  • SAP Cloud Integration Specialist (CPI / PI / PO)
  • SAP ABAP Developer
  • Other SAP consultants with strong enterprise-level implementation experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. Based in India, open to working from Bangalore.
  2. Experience with German or DACH-region enterprise clients.
  3. Familiar with German delivery standards – structured documentation, precision, and timeline reliability.
  4. Strong communication in English (German language skills are optional).
  5. Interested in long-term enterprise engagement.
