Job description:
• Understand Functional Design and develop Technical Designs, build, test and support deployment pertaining to SAP Service Cloud applications
• Work on Customizations and extensibility of standard SAP Service Cloud applications projects using SAP C4C SDK and PDI
• Work on Customizations and extensibility of SAP C4C Standard Integration using SOAP and REST service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues
• Communicate and coordinate in an onshore/offshore model.
