About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Health & Sales Cloud Architect to lead the design and development of Salesforce-based solutions within our healthcare ecosystem. This is a remote position offering the chance to work with cross-functional global teams to build cutting-edge CRM capabilities that drive patient engagement and healthcare service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, migrations, and upgrades
  • Define data models, integrations, and system architecture for scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure all solutions comply with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
  • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
  • Mentor junior Salesforce developers and admins
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience including 2+ years in an architect role
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and data architecture
  • Experience with healthcare-specific workflows, patient management, or payer/provider data
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and healthcare compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application/System Architect)
  • Health Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Experience with HL7/FHIR integration
  • Middleware experience (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud
