We’re now looking for a Salesforce Health & Sales Cloud Architect to play a crucial role in shaping our CRM infrastructure and long-term technical vision.

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Health & Sales Cloud Architect will serve as the technical leader responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to our healthcare and sales operations. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, sales, marketing, and IT to deliver high-impact, patient-centric Salesforce architecture and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise-level Salesforce solutions using Health Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Define and lead architecture standards, data models, and integration strategies
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce best-practice solutions
  • Lead complex Salesforce implementation and migration projects, ensuring secure, scalable, and optimized systems
  • Drive automation and workflow improvements using Flow, Process Builder, Apex, and Lightning Components
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA, and Salesforce security standards
  • Act as a mentor to junior Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Manage system integrations with external platforms (e.g., EHR, marketing automation, ERP)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including 3+ years as an architect
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud architecture and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with healthcare use cases, including patient data, care plans, and provider workflows
  • Strong understanding of security, data protection, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA)
  • Proven success delivering Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Experience with HL7/FHIR integration and healthcare platforms
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware tools
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is a plus
