Job Description
The Sales Operations Manager oversees the maintenance and optimization of our HubSpot CRM system and associated data and analytics. Plays a critical role in enhancing our sales efficiency and effectiveness through strategic oversight of CRM operations and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and administer the HubSpot CRM platform, including user management, customization, and data integrity.
● Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.
● Train and onboard new sales and account management team members on HubSpot CRM functionalities and best practices.
● Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
● Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards on sales and account management activities, pipeline status, and performance trends.
● Collaborate with the data team to ensure the accuracy of data flows between HubSpot and internal data platform (Whimsee).
● Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on lead management and customer communications.
● Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and rectify inconsistencies or inaccuracies and keep all HubSpot-related Data Quality rules up-to-date.
● Support sales leadership in strategic planning and decision-making through data analysis and forecasting.
● Stay updated on HubSpot updates, features, and industry best practices to optimize system capabilities.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to CRM processes, workflows, and automation to streamline operations and enhance user experience. example : SSOB.
● Own and setup the marketing email sequences for small PMCs.
● Own and drive the leads engine.
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience working in sales operations or related role.
● Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM, including HubSpot certifications.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends – looking for someone data-obsessed.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
● Experience training and supporting sales teams on CRM systems.
● Knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data imports, analysis, and reporting.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Excited about joining a startup culture and opportunity to work in an emerging vertical in a burgeoning market – prior startup experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, but may require after-hours, weekend, and holiday work. Any US time zone, but must overlap with 9am-3pm PST M-F.
