As a Sales Manager – Power Stability, you will drive business growth in industrial segments (steel and aluminum primarily), from developing new opportunities to closing multi-million-dollar deals. This is a strategic role in an emerging market, requiring strong commercial judgment and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell solutions that enable higher renewable power delivery to the grid and support industrial electrification.
  • Contribute to delivering $100M in orders for Power Conversion & Storage North America.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, leading deals from prospecting to closure.
  • Apply knowledge of medium voltage power conversion technologies, including power electronics and electrical rotating machines.
  • Collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Cover the full spectrum of sales: business development, client engagement, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in technology or energy sectors.
  • Proven ability to drive complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Strong technical understanding of medium voltage power systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of medium voltage equipment for Power Stability applications in industries such as rail, steel, and aluminum.
  • Ability to navigate emerging markets and identify new business opportunities.
