Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a reliable and service-driven Sales Counter Staff (Remote Support) to assist the ZARA Brickell Store team. In this remote role, you’ll help manage checkout-related tasks, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure smooth customer transactions and interactions—all virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in-store sales counter operations remotely via virtual tools
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, order issues, and refunds
  • Coordinate with the in-store cashier team to verify and resolve billing concerns
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and escalate any payment discrepancies
  • Deliver clear, courteous, and timely communication to enhance the checkout experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • Any degree or equivalent educational background
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems or retail transactions is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to multitask remotely
  • Open to freshers, students, and experienced professionals
