USA Winzons is looking for a reliable and service-driven Sales Counter Staff (Remote Support) to assist the ZARA Brickell Store team. In this remote role, you’ll help manage checkout-related tasks, coordinate with on-site teams, and ensure smooth customer transactions and interactions—all virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in-store sales counter operations remotely via virtual tools
- Assist customers with inquiries related to payments, order issues, and refunds
- Coordinate with the in-store cashier team to verify and resolve billing concerns
- Maintain accurate transaction records and escalate any payment discrepancies
- Deliver clear, courteous, and timely communication to enhance the checkout experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or equivalent educational background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail transactions is a plus
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to multitask remotely
- Open to freshers, students, and experienced professionals
