About the Role

Tracker, a leader in providing investment management solutions for cities, counties, states, and tax-exempt institutions, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate. This role is fully remote and focused on scheduling high-quality sales appointments for demonstrations and following up to help convert prospects into clients.

This position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission, making it performance-driven with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually
  • Commission: $800 per closed sale
  • Earning Potential: Uncapped, based on appointments leading to sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to schedule sales appointments.
  • Coordinate demonstrations between sales consultants and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with prospects after demonstrations to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and sales goals.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years outbound B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Remote Work: Minimum 2 years working successfully in a remote environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Work Setup: Reliable home office with computer, VOIP headset, printer/scanner, and high-speed internet.
  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, motivated, results-driven, and positive attitude.
