USA Winzons is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Retail POS Executive to provide remote support for ZARA’s Brickell store. In this role, you’ll oversee virtual coordination of point-of-sale (POS) systems, support transaction processing, and ensure smooth customer checkout experiences from a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely support the POS system and troubleshoot billing-related issues
- Coordinate with in-store cashier teams to ensure accurate, real-time transactions
- Assist customers virtually with payment confirmations, refunds, and receipt requests
- Maintain digital transaction logs and POS performance reports
- Support POS training and onboarding for new staff (virtually)
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or certification in business, IT, or retail systems
- Strong knowledge of POS tools or retail billing workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable in a remote environment
