USA Winzons is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Payment Coordinator to support ZARA’s Brickell store operations remotely. In this role, you will ensure smooth payment processing, provide virtual assistance to store teams, and help customers with billing and checkout-related queries—all from a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate customer payments during the checkout process
- Provide virtual support for billing issues, payment confirmations, and refund requests
- Work closely with the in-store cashier team to resolve discrepancies and verify transactions
- Maintain accurate digital records of payments and transaction history
- Ensure fast, secure, and customer-friendly support during and after purchases
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or equivalent educational background
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience with POS systems or billing software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in a remote work environment
- Open to students, freshers, and experienced professionals
