In this role, you will work behind the scenes to assist with billing processes, payment coordination, and customer service related to transactions—all from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and reviewing billing and payment transactions
- Handle remote customer inquiries related to receipts, refunds, and payment issues
- Coordinate with in-store staff to resolve discrepancies and confirm order details
- Maintain accurate digital billing records and ensure data consistency
- Support the overall checkout and finance workflow remotely
Ideal Candidate:
- Any degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with billing systems or retail POS software is a plus
