Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a creative and detail-driven Reporting & Visualization Analyst to transform raw data into interactive dashboards and clear reports that drive strategic decisions. In this fully remote role, you’ll work closely with teams across hiring, logistics, and operations to deliver real-time, data-backed visual insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Convert complex datasets into clear and actionable visual reports
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and performance metrics
  • Automate data workflows and support real-time data visibility
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting consistency across systems
  • Present data findings to non-technical audiences in an engaging, visual format

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Design, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in data reporting and visualization roles
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data modeling techniques
  • Great sense for design, clarity, and user experience in dashboard building
  • Experience working in a remote and cross-functional environment is a plus
