🔹 Role Overview

NxtBigByte is hiring remote Web Developers with practical skills in either front-end or back-end development. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates returning after a career gap, who may not have a formal degree but possess hands-on knowledge in web development.

You’ll be working on web programming, design, and development tasks, contributing to real projects while learning and growing in a flexible remote environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain front-end or back-end web applications
  • Implement web design principles and ensure responsive UI
  • Write clean, well-structured code using modern web technologies
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues independently
  • Participate in development tasks and collaborate virtually with the team
