Position Overview

Forum Digital Marketing, headquartered in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Web Developer to design, implement, and maintain websites for clients in the Medical Device, Life Science, Healthcare, and CRO industries. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the USA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Magento, AWS, Squarespace, and WordPress, focusing on functionality, user experience, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain websites across multiple platforms: Magento, AWS, Squarespace, and WordPress.
  • Perform front-end and back-end development tasks to build responsive and user-friendly web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues efficiently.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and security.
  • Maintain security protocols and ensure websites are safeguarded against vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement effective online strategies.
  • Ensure all websites provide seamless user experience across devices and browsers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Web Development Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Magento, AWS, Squarespace, and WordPress.
  • Back-End Development: Ability to build and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable applications.
  • Front-End Development & Web Design: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and UX principles.
  • SEO & Optimization: Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively in remote teams, coordinating with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
