📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our creative team at Epic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and transforming insights into seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces that align with business goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms and devices.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
  • Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX research methods.
  • Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
