Job Description

Looking for a seasoned recruiter who can source, call and verify salaries of candidates for all IT and non-IT roles – with a focus on senior-level engineering positions. The roles span across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and both blue and white-collar jobs.

Key Responsibilities :
• Source candidates from job boards, professional networks and referrals
• Conduct initial calls with candidates
• Confirm salary expectations with candidates
• Submit qualified candidates to the client
• Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates before initial calls.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Collect and provide feedback to candidate‘s post-interview.

Ideal Skills :
• Strong experience in recruiting for senior-level engineering roles
• Proficiency in utilizing job boards, professional networks and referrals for candidate sourcing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle diverse IT and non-IT job roles

The candidate search should focus on nationwide in the US.
