Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues.
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance for software and hardware problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Stay updated on latest software, hardware, and technology trends.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and common operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking, routers, and internet troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote desktop software and support tools

- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Experience
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior technical support or call center experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is beneficial.

- Flexible shifts available: day, night, and weekends
