  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience during all interactions
  • Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems
  • Meet performance KPIs such as resolution time and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and support processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software
  • Understanding of internet connectivity, routers, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support software
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to multitask effectively

Experience

  • Prior experience in technical support or call center roles is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Awareness of basic cybersecurity best practices is a plus
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are welcome
