Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance to customers

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while assisting customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
  • Stay updated on the latest software, hardware, and technology trends
  • Assist in training new team members when needed
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and other common operating systems
  • Basic understanding of networking, routers, and internet troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote desktop software and other technical support tools

  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously

Experience

  • Prior experience in a technical support or call center role is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is beneficial
  • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
