Our client, a dynamic digital agency renowned for its innovative campaigns, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their fully remote creative team. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design, exceptional technical skills in motion graphics software, and a portfolio that showcases creativity, storytelling, and technical mastery. You will be instrumental in bringing concepts to life through compelling visual narratives.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital campaigns, advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, and more. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, video editors, and other team members to translate client briefs and project requirements into engaging visual assets. Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize and present motion graphics concepts. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create polished animations and graphics. Experiment with new animation techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output and efficiency. Ensure all motion graphics work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Provide creative feedback and guidance to junior designers. Stay updated on the latest design trends, motion graphics techniques, and industry best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues related to animation and rendering.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D and 3D animation, typography, and visual effects. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential; strong skills in Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop are also required. Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage project scope and deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Adaptability to evolving project requirements and client feedback.
