We’re looking for a Hybris Frontend Developer to help drive the success of our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hybris Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain the Hybris frontend, integrating it with content platforms and ensuring that it aligns with marketing and e-commerce objectives.
  • CMS Integration: Work with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress API) to ensure content is efficiently managed and displayed.
  • Third-party Integrations: Integrate external services, such as analytics and internationalization tools, into the Hybris platform.
  • UI Development: Develop responsive and cross-browser compliant user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, and jQuery.
  • API Development: Work with REST APIs and AJAX to ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Debugging and Testing: Use web developer and debugging tools to troubleshoot issues and maintain code quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure accessibility and SEO best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

  • Frontend Development: 3+ years of experience with Angular (including SSR) and NGRX for state management.
  • Hybris Environment: Experience working with Hybris or SAP Commerce platform, including Java Server Pages (JSP), Impex, and Tag Files.
  • CMS Integration: Experience integrating with content management systems such as Contentful or WordPress API.
  • Web Technologies: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, jQuery, and building responsive designs for cross-browser compatibility.
  • API Services: Proficient in working with REST APIs and AJAX for data fetching and interaction.
  • Debugging Tools: Familiarity with web development tools and debugging techniques.
  • Internationalization: Experience with internationalization in global e-commerce environments.

Basic Understanding:

  • UI Tools: Basic knowledge of creating HTML UIs and referring to UI tools.
  • SEO & Accessibility: Basic awareness of SEO principles and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Web Content Management System (WCMS): Familiarity with Back Office and basic content management tools.

Good to Have:

  • JavaScript Skills: Experience with Vanilla JS, OO JS, and ES6.
  • Angular 16+: Familiarity with the latest Angular versions.
  • Spartacus Experience: Previous experience working with Spartacus (Hybris e-commerce frontend solution).
  • CSS Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
  • API Mock Servers: Experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
  • Advanced Hybris Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Hybris or SAP Commerce platform.
