As an Online Tutor, you will deliver engaging virtual lessons to school and college-level students across various subjects, helping them build confidence and academic excellence—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
  • Teach subjects based on your expertise (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.)
  • Prepare and customize lesson plans according to individual student needs
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a positive, motivating, and respectful virtual learning environment
  • Respond professionally to student questions and academic doubts
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, attendance, and performance
  • Communicate with parents/guardians when required (for younger students)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates eligible to work from home
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong academic knowledge in at least one subject
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
  • Comfortable using video conferencing platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Patient, empathetic, and student-focused teaching approach

Experience

  • 0–3 years of teaching or tutoring experience
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in online tutoring, school teaching, or coaching is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedules available (Morning / Afternoon / Evening)
  • Minimum commitment: 2–4 hours per day
  • Option to increase hours based on availability
  • Weekend classes are optional

  • Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
  • Adaptability to different learning styles
  • Strong time management and lesson planning skills
  • Confidence with digital teaching tools
