Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy robust .NET applications to support HR service functionalities.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in documenting software specifications, user guides, and technical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core with strong C# programming skills.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular preferred).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM tools (Entity Framework).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in .NET development.
  • Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in HR or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.

Working Hours

  • Part-time remote position: 20-25 hours per week.
