Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a Remote Junior Web Developer who is passionate about building modern, responsive websites and eager to grow in a real-world development environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement user-facing features
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Test and debug websites across multiple browsers and devices
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews
  • Maintain and update website content as needed
  • Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design
  • Basic experience using Git and version control systems
  • Understanding of basic web performance optimization concepts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing projects or coursework is a plus

Experience

  • 0–2 years of front-end web development experience
  • Internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects are welcome

Working Hours

  • 100% Remote
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Core collaboration hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM (GMT or local equivalent)
  • Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on project needs

  • Ability to follow coding standards and project guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on UI/UX consistency
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
