Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Junior Web Developer with strong foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This role is ideal for entry-level developers who want to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects while building a strong professional portfolio.

As a Junior Web Developer, you will collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and project managers to create responsive websites and web applications for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement user-facing features.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following development standards.
• Perform testing and debugging across multiple browsers and devices.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews.
• Maintain and update website content as required.
• Continuously learn new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Basic understanding of web performance optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating development work is a plus.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in front-end web development.
• Internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome.

Working Hours

• 100% Remote Position
• Flexible work schedule
• Core collaboration hours: Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM
• Approximately 30–40 hours per week depending on project needs.
