Position Overview

As a Job Developer, you will provide personalized coaching and career support to clients, helping them navigate the employment process, build professional skills, and secure meaningful job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized coaching and guidance to clients with disabilities.
• Help clients create employment plans tailored to their goals.
• Assist clients in building strong resumes and professional profiles.
• Sharpen clients’ interview skills and prepare them for employer interactions.
• Connect clients to job opportunities and advocate on their behalf.
• Motivate and support clients to overcome barriers and achieve long-term career success.
