A rapidly-growing company focused on protecting netizens against mass surveillance is hiring a JavaScript Developer. The company has developed a free platform and is looking for a talented developer to join their team. This is a full-time remote position with some overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively learn and implement new tools and programming techniques.
• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end web architecture.
• Ensure the highest quality by reviewing other people’s code.
• Perform multiple rounds of pull request reviews.
• Contribute to the development of content and solutions related to mass surveillance and decentralization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer.
• Extensive JavaScript knowledge with experience in infosec.
• Experience working in browser and Node.js environments.
• Proficient in more than one programming language and skilled at submitting pull requests.
• Thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn from peers.
