Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via phone or email and explain insurance options
- Match customers with suitable plans based on their needs
- Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and assist with applications
- Use provided scripts and CRM tools to manage client interactions
- Meet basic daily/weekly sales goals (support provided)
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Laptop or desktop with internet and headset
- Willingness to learn sales and product knowledge
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling
- Familiarity with insurance or finance concepts
- U.S. time zone availability (preferred for live calling)
