About the Role:
Are you looking for a flexible, high-income career with growth potential? USA Winzons is hiring Remote Insurance Agents to sell life, health, and supplemental insurance products to U.S. clients. No experience is necessary — we provide full training, scripts, and ongoing support.

This role is perfect for entry-level candidates, career switchers, and anyone interested in financial services from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact leads via phone or email and explain insurance options
  • Match customers with suitable plans based on their needs
  • Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and assist with applications
  • Use provided scripts and CRM tools to manage client interactions
  • Meet basic daily/weekly sales goals (support provided)

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Laptop or desktop with internet and headset
  • Willingness to learn sales and product knowledge
  • Self-motivated and customer-oriented

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling
  • Familiarity with insurance or finance concepts
  • U.S. time zone availability (preferred for live calling)
