Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female HR Assistant to support our remote HR operations. This role is ideal for women based in Chennai who are interested in recruitment, coordination, and HR documentation. Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Support payroll, attendance tracking, and employee queries
- Organize virtual HR events and internal communications
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidates residing in Chennai (WFH setup required)
- Graduate in any stream (HR/Management preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
- Prior HR internship or administrative experience is a plus
