We are hiring a Remote HR Assistant (Female Only) to support our day-shift HR operations. As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with the HR team to manage recruitment processes, employee records, onboarding activities, and daily HR coordination in a professional virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and collect required documents from new hires
  • Support attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and employee queries
  • Assist in organizing virtual HR meetings, events, and internal communications
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data and compliance with HR policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Must be currently residing in Chennai
  • Graduate in any stream (HR, Management, or Business background preferred)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
  • Own laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
  • Prior HR internship, recruitment, or admin experience is a plus but not mandatory
