Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns, optimizing for ROI, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive growth initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, media, and entertainment sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
