Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications, handling both front-end and back-end development tasks.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features and solutions.

Performance Optimization

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technology Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest full-stack development technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Cross-Platform Development

• Ensure applications are fully responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.

Code Quality

• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve development practices and maintain high coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Front-End Development

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React or Angular

Back-End Development

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend technologies

Database Management

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as:
  • MongoDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL

Version Control

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows

API Development

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques

Development Methodologies

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments

Communication

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup

Experience Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex web applications
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is considered an advantage

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours
• Some overlapping hours with global team members may be required for meetings and collaboration
