About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Front-End AI Developer to lead and build scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular or React. This role combines advanced front-end architecture with the integration of AI/ML capabilities, ensuring accessible and internationalized applications. You will mentor junior developers, lead code quality initiatives, and collaborate across Agile teams to drive innovation in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage web applications using Angular or React, with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement performance optimization strategies including lazy loading, code splitting, SSR, and hydration for improved speed and SEO.
  • Lead Agile teams and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Integrate AI/ML features into front-end applications.
  • Ensure accessibility (a11y) compliance and internationalization (i18n) for global-ready applications.
  • Apply cutting-edge front-end patterns and features such as Angular Signals, Standalone Components, Zoneless Change Detection, React Server Components, Concurrent Rendering, and React 19 features.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years at a principal/architect level building scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Expert in Angular or React frameworks with modern features as listed above.
  • Experience building AI agents, RAG, and LangChain components.
  • Agile team leadership experience to drive code quality and integrate CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

  • Advanced state management using Redux, NgRx, Zustand, Context API, and adaptability to tools like Jotai or Recoil.
  • Forward-thinking mindset for integrating AI/ML features, accessibility, and global internationalization.
  • Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.
