Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Convert design mockups and wireframes into fully functional, responsive websites.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize websites for performance and SEO.
  • Implement plugins, APIs, and custom features per project requirements.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies.
  • Solid understanding of WordPress theme development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL for backend development.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of Git or version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of freelance or in-house web development experience.
  • Experience managing remote client projects is a plus.
