Role Overview

We are seeking talented Remote Freelance Front-End Web Developers with expertise in React.js and Next.js. You will develop responsive, high-quality web applications, collaborate with designers and back-end developers, and ensure seamless client experiences. This role offers flexibility, creative freedom, and exposure to diverse web projects including e-commerce, SaaS, and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
  • Convert wireframes and prototypes into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.
  • Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality code.
  • Manage version control with Git and follow best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools.
  • Understanding of responsive design, front-end performance optimization, and SEO-friendly practices.
  • Strong Git/GitHub skills for collaborative development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional front-end development experience with React.js and Next.js.
  • Proven portfolio or GitHub showcasing React/Next.js projects.
  • Prior freelance or remote work experience preferred.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote with flexible schedule aligned to project deadlines.
  • Must be available for virtual meetings, team calls, and client interactions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing independent workflows.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Familiarity with SPA architecture and performance optimization best practices.
  • Experience translating design and UX requirements into maintainable code.
