Location: Chennai (Remote)

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST)

Gender Preference: Female candidates only

Experience Level: Fresher to 2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for women based in Chennai who are looking to work from home during regular daytime hours. You will assist in managing digital campaigns, social media, and lead generation activities to support online growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Handle SEO, Google Ads, and basic performance tracking
• Work with the team to increase online visibility and generate leads
• Create and send email campaigns using marketing tools
• Monitor analytics and prepare basic reports on performance
• Research market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications and Requirements
• Female candidates residing in Chennai (work-from-home setup required)
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Familiarity with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection
• Internship or freelance experience in digital marketing is a plus
