[Remote] Devops Engineer ( Public Trust required )

Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CCS Global Tech is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer who will focus on embedding security into the DevOps lifecycle. The role involves designing and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure, collaborating with various teams to ensure reliable application delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to automate, streamline, and enhance CI/CD workflows
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across Azure and AWS cloud environments
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines , ensuring secure and reliable application deployments
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across multiple environments
• Manage containerized workloads and orchestration using Kubernetes , ensuring high availability and security
• Automate configuration management using Ansible to enforce consistent and compliant environments
• Integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle, including automated security scans and vulnerability detection early in the development cycle
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and minimize downtime
• Identify security risks and implement remediation strategies while continuously improving automation and system reliability

Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, including cloud security services, networking, and cloud-native tools
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Proficiency in Terraform for defining and managing infrastructure as code
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
• Experience using Ansible for configuration management and server automation
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, including secure infrastructure design, automated security controls, and compliance
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and promote a security-first DevOps culture
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of professional experience, or 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• AWS, Azure, or security-focused certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer)
• Experience with additional DevSecOps and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Slack
• Prior experience supporting VA or federal programs
