Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into FedEx databases and software systems
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with data protection policies
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
  • Generate and prepare reports as requested by management
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and operational goals
  • Assist in improving data entry processes to enhance workflow efficiency
