Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain Amazon product listings with accuracy and completeness.
- Review data for discrepancies and correct errors as needed.
- Assist in preparing product descriptions, specifications, and images for online listings.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotions and timely updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock or data inconsistencies.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to improve visibility and optimize performance.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a bonus.
