Role Overview

The Remote Data Center Application Engineer will play a critical role in delivering customized data center solutions for clients by working closely with engineering, sales, and product teams. This position blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution design, making it ideal for professionals with strong data center infrastructure knowledge and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Solutions & Customer Support

  • Provide technical expertise for data center applications and energy solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Support clients through design, deployment, and troubleshooting phases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal engineering, sales, and product development teams.
  • Translate technical requirements into practical product implementations.
  • Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions.

Project & Field Engagement

  • Travel to client sites (30–50%) for implementation, training, and support.
  • Participate in technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance and reliability standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
  • 5+ years of experience in data center environments.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Power and cooling systems
    • Data center infrastructure solutions
    • Customer-facing technical support or applications engineering
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
