About The Role (Data Analyst)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Analyst Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of data handling, Excel, and visualization tools, and a strong curiosity for analysing patterns and drawing insights from data. You’ll assist the analytics team in collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities as Data Analyst
• Collect, organize, and clean raw data from multiple sources.
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL to analyze data sets.
• Create visual dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business performance.
• Assist in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for internal teams.
• Work with team members to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Support senior analysts in ongoing projects and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
• Basic understanding of SQL or databases.
• Familiarity with any visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
