Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online platforms
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
- Follow company policies, processes, and service standards
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service / call center / support is preferred
- Freshers are welcome and will receive training
- Remote work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
Working Hours
- Flexible full-time or part-time schedules
- Fixed shifts within core business hours
- Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required (role-based)
