Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online platforms
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
  • Follow company policies, processes, and service standards
  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to improve service quality and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service / call center / support is preferred
  • Freshers are welcome and will receive training
  • Remote work experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours
