About the Role
Join a mission-driven behavioral health organization providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services. As a BCBA, you’ll make a meaningful impact on children and families, supporting behavioral growth and development while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and evaluate client needs.
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress using data and make informed clinical adjustments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners.
- Maintain high-quality documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (BACB).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Illinois licensure (or willingness to obtain).
